The Clarity & Purpose group coaching program is best suited to those in their first 1-5 years of small business, who are looking for guidance, clarity and proven strategies when it comes to increasing their passion, purpose and overall profit.
The program is led by Fiona Killackey, who has almost twenty years experience working in senior roles and consulting to brands (large and small) on their business structure, systems, marketing, profitability and culture.
It is for anyone seeking guidance on how to grow and scale their small business, while having the support (and accountability) of an intimate group of likeminded people.
My Daily Business Coach serves small business owners across the UK, US, Australia, Spain, Germany, NZ and Mexico and has found the most common issues relate to direction, purpose, accountability, efficiency and confidence.

The Clarity & Purpose group coaching program will run for 12 months, commencing April 2020.
Each group will be capped at 10 individuals who are committed to learning, challenging and developing themselves while being guided by an expert in small business strategy, systems & processes, marketing and content.
Each month the group will experience:
2 x 1-Hour Live Coaching Calls
Hosted by Fiona Killackey, founder of My Daily Business Coach, these video conferencing calls will dive deep into common areas of stress, overwhelm and confusion for small business owners. Whether you need help with marketing, systems and processes, profitability and/or getting your brand and yourself out there, these coaching calls will provide an opportunity to learn, ask questions, understand the best tactics and strategies and stay accountable to your fellow collective members. (Worth $800 per month)
2x 30-minute 1:1 Coaching Calls
To ensure you get the most out of this program, each member will be provided with 2x 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls with Fiona Killackey, founder of My Daily Business Coach at any time within the 12 months. Within these calls we will discuss your individual needs in the 12-month program, any biz challenges you are facing and the best solution to your biz problems. (Worth $400)
Guest Expert Coaching
In addition to Fiona’s mentorship, members will experience live teaching and coaching from global experts in the fields of online marketing, content strategy, profitability, PR, systems & processes, sales and branding. Carefully curated to suit the needs of the collective members, these sessions will provide further opportunity to learn from leaders in their field and understand the tactics and strategies you can apply immediately to grow your own creative small biz. (Worth $750 per guest, $7500 total for 12 months)
Tools & Templates
As a Clarity & Purpose member, you will enjoy access to proven templates, tools and tactics that you can use to implement in all areas of your business. From example pitch decks, marketing plans and email sequence templates, through to business model templates, content documents and money mapping trainings, you’ll have access to a wealth of materials to grow your business. (Worth $4000)
